Terms & Conditions

Using Huntingdon County Released Inmates means that you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not access or use the site or its search features.

This privately owned reference site is not connected to Huntingdon County, any sheriff, jail, corrections department, court, or other government body. Neither the site nor its advertising partners provides consumer reports or FCRA-covered credit, employment, insurance, or tenant-screening services. The site organizes Pennsylvania custody and release-record resources. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Service

The site is an independent reference resource. It stores no official record, cannot confirm a person's custody status, cannot release anyone, and cannot file a request or court paper for a visitor.

Pages point to Huntingdon County and Pennsylvania inmate-record resources and may connect visitors with outside research tools. Official answers remain with the government agency that created or maintains each record.

External Resources

Links may reach the Huntingdon County Prison, the Pennsylvania corrections locator, the UJS court portal, other government systems, legal resources, and independent search providers. A link is not an endorsement. The destination controls its content, privacy practices, availability, and terms, and this site accepts no responsibility for those matters.

No Warranties

The site and its content are supplied "as is" and "as available." No warranty is made that information will be complete, accurate, current, continuously available, free of faults or security flaws, or that a partner search will find every possible record.

Custody and court records change. Nothing published here is an official statement from Huntingdon County Prison, the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, a court, or another public agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site's owners, operators, and content partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from access, use, inability to use, or reliance on the site or an outside service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend and hold the site, its operators, and its partners harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Material

Site text, graphics, logos, design, and code belong to Huntingdon County Released Inmates or its content partners unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, or modified without written permission.

These terms may be revised at any time. A revision becomes effective when the updated terms are posted on this page.

Access May Be Revoked

Access may be restricted, suspended, or ended at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Pennsylvania Law Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Pennsylvania.
